Our Construction Team are well into enabling works

Our Construction Team are well into enabling works on their recently commenced Southbank project.

The past two weeks have been busy on site as the team wrestle a maze of services and existing conditions in the live apartment complex
in preparation for the installation of the driven micopiles and complex ground beam placement, before the building is hydraulicly lifted in multiple areas.

The scope of works have been intricately detailed to address the site subsiding progressively over its design life.

We look forward to sharing the teams progress as they close out the early works and progress to structural remediation!
