1999

GDP Group Pty Ltd was established, initially focusing on trade services within the Building Access market. From its inception, GDP Group envisioned growth and quickly diversified its offerings to include BMU (Building Maintenance Units) maintenance and repairs.

2001

Created our Façade Care business, expanding the company’s expertise in maintaining and enhancing building exteriors and creating synergies with our BMU Maintenance Division.

2003

Established the Height Safety Division, addressing the increasing demand for safety solutions in high-rise building maintenance and construction.

2010

Launched the Construction Division, opening new opportunities and markets for GDP Group. This strategic move allowed the company to offer comprehensive construction services alongside its existing maintenance and safety solutions.

2016

Entered the New South Wales with the acquisition of BMU Australia which has been servicing the local market for 30 years. This expansion was swiftly followed by the Façade Care and Height Safety divisions, driven by the principles of high-quality service and a dedication to Occupational Health and Safety.

2018

Opened an office in Queensland, extending GDP Group’s reach through the eastern states. Successfully implemented services including Window Cleaning, Height Safety, BMU maintenance, and Remedial Services across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Through continuous hard work and dedication, GDP Group has established a robust presence in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. The company continues to deliver superior quality and results, maintaining its reputation as a leader in the industry nationwide.
